Piaggio MP3
Piaggio MP3 is a three-wheeled scooter which has two wheels in front and one wheel at the rear. Three-wheeled motorcycles usually put two wheels on the back and one wheel at the front but not with the Piaggio MP3. Piaggio, a scooter manufacturer based in Italy made their scooter so looks a bit weird in the most outstanding motorcycle.
Piaggio MP3 was first introduced in 2006. Piaggio also provide four variants of the scooters of this MP3: 125cc, 250cc, 400cc and 500cc. Production of scooters this one seemed to pave the way for Westerners to avoid the average motorcycle safety reasons. At least, with two wheels in front, scooter control is so similar like a car although the characteristics of scooter still carried by this Piaggio MP3 250cc.
Piaggio’s innovation which put two wheels on the front makes this scooter balance be maintained, on the other hand it also makes this scooter agility so reduced. And although this scooter has 250cc engine capacity not hope to reach high speeds because that’s not what this scooter was produced. Like most scooters, the scooter is intended for transportation facilities in the city alone. It is said that this scooter can only reach a maximum speed of around 120km per hour.
Piaggio MP3 use four-step automatic transmission. Create your familiar with the manual transmission constraints will obviously make adjustments but you would not want to be bothered with transmission, this scooter is clearly an attractive option. Also this motorcycle weighs more than most scooters and it affects the acceleration and maximum speed of this scooter.
